There we are..guacamole,sour cream and a tortilla...and lettuce, black beans and a tortilla !!! We didn't have much to work with, white hotel towels...they even took our picture there.

Then we went to a ward Halloween party for the Mira mesa ward we attended. Namma did the cake walk and got a lovely, yummy chocolate cake!! [Not supposed to eat chocolate..but I sure did !! ssoooo goood][the esophagus is raw today anyway.}

The rules have changed

Well...as I was signing escrow papers today..I was informed that we are set to close escrow Nov.6th.....................okay...10 day escrow....sheesh !! I will have to reschedule moving trucks and stuff !! a bit of stress here

inspection time

Today at noon the physical inspector from AmeriSpec........my Realtors [husband and wife team] and I showed up at the house and checked it out for a couple of hours to the tune of $375.00..........what we do to feel secure !! It has it's issues..heck, it is 36 years old but basically it is in great shape....We play negotiations now and see if they will fix anything or give $ for it to be fixed or ??? It is being tented Nov. 2 for termites..it was tented in 2003 too...guess it is tasty !! The yard and plants and trees have been ignored big time...it is a jungle around that house !! That should keep us busy for a while. I got another $1.00 meal at Boston Market for dinner... my Realtor gave me another online coupon. She gave me a flyer about a craft fair at the country club that started today...I went to that after the inspection. The house has a BIG attic...if the big air conditioner ducts weren't running all over the place I could make a room up there !!

Dadu is back up in City of Industry this week...the secretary hassled him and said...last year you didn't need a hotel when you worked in Industry...well ya...it was 19 miles from my house...before I had to move to the San Diego area !!! I went to the San Diego Temple this morning..then discovered re-sell row in Poway !!! thrift stores, consignment shops ..like 6 or 7 of them in a row. !!! I got me a great bucket sun hat... brand new.... Scala brand with wire in the big brim for $2.00............I got .10 and .25 silverware...this hotel has 2 of each,knives,forks and spoons...and they are horrid !!! etc.... Having a great time...wish you were here !!! I scheduled the movers to deliver our stuff Nov. 11..........

I will have to like built in appliances.
