Carlsbad

Today I went to the beach in Carlsbad...and then checked out the Village...walking around...it was lovely....but all the photos I take with my phone now and have no clue how to get them from Facebook to here...

New film

You MUST go to the temple and see the new film...great graphics, nice photography, DRAMA...and  people crying at the next step...you have to see the old one though if people need language headsets...

Friday evening carnival

Our Young Women had a carnival Friday night to raise camp money.  We took stuff that auctioned for over $90.00 and bought stuff about $48.00 worth...including dinner..So that helped them.

We have an artist in our ward and I bought a unique original watercolor painting she did and one of her silk screened t shirts...her humor cracks me up.  I picked up a $3.00 frame at Goodwill that had a mat, cut down and painted the mat..for mama bunny.  I love how her kids have drained all the life color out of her !!!  I love the ! by the observatory on the shirt !  Then yesterday we donated a huge double-cab pickup full of good STUFF from the garage for the Young Women yard sale they will be having while we are out of town.  Now there are paths in the garage !!!
