we know nothing..our Realtor knows nothing...we were supposed to know..but it has not happened. we wait some more.

houses I have made offers on

Today I looked for another 4 or 5 hours in East Escondido and made offers on two more houses..one of the ones I offered on the other day was already pending...they just didn't bother to update it..........My son wished to know the MLS numbers on the offers I have made...this one is being decided on Sunday..........these other two are short sales.. and ......................they could take an indefinite amount of time for the banks to cooperate............who knows. Pretty interesting game.!!

It is Thursday

I spent 7 1/2 hours out with my Realtors yesterday.............I put offers on 2 houses..but they are short sales and may take months for the banks to even look at them..and they are in Escondido..the only one I could afford in Poway was a HORRIBLE MAJOR fixer upper that would easily cost at least 50 thousand if I did the work myself !! NOT. There is nothing in Mira Mesa .This morning I am waiting for the bank to open to get proof that we have cash in the bank for a house..and take a deposit check to the Realtors...then I will go hide in the temple...I understand why my mom does !! It keeps your sanity and drops the anxiety level back down to a reasonable level !!
