SURPRISE VISIT

Friday evening I was getting ready to go to a Seussical play I helped paint scenery for..and I got a phone call from Shannon...she is on her way,with my 4 little grand children...so much for that plan...today we went to a funeral in Whittier for Aida Monsivais...we sat in the cry room/mother's lounge...it was a nice funeral, but these 4 kids do NOT hold still.........Isaac treated us to lunch..the kids would Not make it to Rose Hills and the luncheon after that..They played at Great Grandma's house quite a while, but no one came back, so we had to leave for the 2 hour drive back here. I  BOUNCE .

Aida's funeral tomorrow

Just so you know..George's mom, Aida Monsivais' funeral is tomorrow at 11:00..after the viewing  at the Whittier Stake Center on Mulberry.  Becca and George and family are at grandma Meservy's house.

thirty eigth anniversary

We went to Utah on our 38th anniversary...good thing we got new tires...the snow was crazy about 30 miles before Fillmore to about 36 miles after it...We had a great time.  On Saturday UVC had a GREAT family even going on. !

Elf

By altering the pattern I have I can make elf slippers in size 0 baby to men or womens size 13...fleece slippers and feather.

The slippers are mens size 10...so do not fit me....

ELF

I have finished a requested ELF costume..today I need to figure out elf shoes and a red feather for the hat.  I have tried to figure out Naugahyde shoes..and have moved onto fleece...for the shoes and the feather !
I need to get tires on the car checked today too...dadu is taking us to Utah for our anniversary !
For those not on face book...George Monsivais' mom passed away this morning..she has been on hospice for a little while.
