OKAY...I have my first installment of family in this house...My eldest daughter and sons are here..tomorrow I get installment 2..my eldest son and family..Friday I get the other 3 and family's...oh, yes..and dadu comes home tomorrow too. Dadu's mom's funeral is Saturday..we also have family photos scheduled at a park in Chino Hills for 9 a.m. and a baby blessing for my eldest daughter's new son after the luncheon at 3 p.m...........there will be 23 of us in this 1364 square food house....one last time before it is sold and gone to us...wow... you've gotta love the lord's timing !!!

Dadu's mom passed away this morning...a real blessing..she has been going to dialysis for years ,had black and blue arms constantly from collapsing veins ,was all bloated from congestive heart failure, had a broken leg, was loopy and hurt all over and has lived in bed for years now. No quality of life there !! The funeral is Saturday..so dadu will be back for that.
The kids get one last HURRAH in their growing up home before it is sold.........they are all coming for the funeral I believe!! LIFE...always an adventure !!! She was the most awesome mother in law ever !! She was very supportive and easy to get along with !! She never criticized us or how we did or did not do things !! Really !

DU DU DU DU.............today dadu goes to San Diego..after we go visit his mom in the rehab center.....yesterday the inspector had to invent things wrong... pretty much..like..you have to grout around the toilet..NOT...or the sectional pipes above the water heater..oh, you need to earthquake bolt those, say what ?...I do agree we need a new wheel on the shower door so it slides better..but that is the kind of nothing he found....the buyers and their realtor were even here for that..so dadu and I left and our realtor called after it was done...sheesh.

Well...our counter offer people came to the house to measure if their double wide fridge would fit..yes....that little cabinet moves right out....They brought their feng shui person...I guess we passed because they got the 32 pages of signed paperwork back to the realtor today to send to Cartus ..our relocation people. Next we get an inspector and a termite inspector then escrow.. Hurry up and wait ,and pay through the nose. this is quite the game.

We had extra time in Sac. mtg. today....so guess who they called up...yes, us !!
We thought we had accepted an offer but realtors keep calling and saying Mary said they could come look at our house...and Peter [the realtor we thought we countered to ] wants to bring his clients to measure...[as in will things fit ? or any excuse to bail out or ???] We are so confused ! This is dadu's last week here....then we are separated...Homestead for him Chino for me. Life...so tricky ! Today I got to substitute in the nursery..it was a nice change !
