We have the key Houston

The walk through was today at 4:30.....the lady fixed most everything on the list...actually her realtor's husband did......tomorrow the lady still has to take more stuff out..she had boxes of books out for free...so I got some...The key is in my hot little pocket...

So if she still has stuff to get out, when is it officailly yours? I get that you have the key, how long in limbo before you can dispose of the rest of her stuff? Congrats! change the locks!
