The view from the other end of the kitchen..how it opened it up when I took out that hanging cabinet..where that rectangle is on the ceiling on the right.

don't you love how much more open it makes both rooms feel? our kitchen has no cabinets in the ways so it's open to the dining room, that was a big selling point for me.
