We got our first offer on the house...They want to pay $280 thousand and us pay$ 8400 in closing costs plus termite tent plus a years major problems insurance.......NOT........The Realtor says to take my time...they really want to be out here and this is the size house they need...and she thinks more offers may come in soon.....oh, ya, I don't like the 45 day escrow part they want either..Dadu is out of town..but I can't seem to concentrate to actually do anything these days of realtor roller coaster..!!.plus I have to keep it clean...sheesh. Tomorrow I get the Century 21 Realtor caravan coming through in the morning ...they get to critique the place....AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH. Other than that life is good !

What a pain! Sorry mama!
It's a good thing to have the caravan critique (so says the realtor lady in my house). They'll tell you what will turn off buyers (besides the freeway in the backyard).
plants some bright pretty colored flower/plants in the front along the garage and house to increase curb appeal ... ??
The one year major repair insurance is pretty standard nowdays. It cost us a little more than $300 when we sold our house.
